It was a different hat than the one I chose. I made sure to take measurements as I have a small size head. The hat is 2 sizes too small. Not impressed at all.

This pair of little black swallows is so charming! They are well made and create such a cheery focal point on my wall! They were very carefully & lovingly packaged in lots of bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. They are exactly as described.
